Wow. I am really impressed so far with this hot tub! I have owned this tub for about 5 days now and I will take you through my experience so far.

Hot tub is great!! I can use it in the summer with no heat or with heat in the winter. Super easy to set up (YouTube the instructions) the written manual is terrible.

We are really impressed with this helsinki hot tub, the sides blow up really stiff with the included air pump that it's hard to tell it's a blow up spa. The side walls are thin also so it doesn't look like your typical blow up spa.
